During on-boarding, we complete a detailed Property Information Statement documenting key property details and inclusions for on-going office reference. What is a Property Showcase?

A Property Showcase is an additional listing carousel located on the first page of each For Rent property search on carried out on Realestate.com.au that can only be held by one agency, per suburb.

By including these multi-suburb, Property Showcases, we are now able to expose our landlords properties whilst being offered For Rent to tens of thousands of additional potential tenants. With 7 Property Showcases currently held, we have seen an increase in individual page views by between 20 – 50%!

Open for Inspection & Private Viewings

We conduct multiple open homes and private viewings weekly, ensuring a wide tenant pool. All applications are thoroughly screened, with detailed feedback provided so you remain fully informed and in control and with the final say on all tenancy selection.

Digital Property Inspections

Once a tenancy is secured, we complete a comprehensive digital Ingoing Condition Report—the foundation for future inspections and end-of-lease assessments. Routine inspections occur at 3 months, then every 6 months thereafter, with detailed reports provided after each visit.
