Where are Award Group Real Estate Office locations?

What are your opening hours?

Our standard office opening hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and Saturday’s are via appointment.

Where do customers park when visiting Award Group Real Estate?

When visiting our West Ryde office, there is available parking on Victoria Road between 10am – 3pm, Monday to Friday. If visiting outside of these hours, you may wish to park in the Woolworths or Coles Carpark located off Chatham Road.

When visiting our Winston Hills office, their is ample street parking or parking available in the Chisholm Center carpark.

What services do you offer?

Award Group Real Estate is a leading Sales and Property Management focused agency serving the greater Ryde, Hills and Parramatta districts.

Can I return keys after hours?

Yes you can however only at our West Ryde office location. The rear entrance to our office is located on Dickson Lane, in the backdoor of the office you will find an after hours dropbox. We strongly encourage you to label any keys dropped off her and that you SMS or email your agent to let them know once the keys have been returned.

Can I speak to an agent after hours?

Yes, if you need to speak with one of our agents after hours, please contact them directly on their mobile number, you can find this information in the Our Team tab under the Contact dropdown on the header of this website. If they are unable to take your call immediately, please leave a voice mail or send a follow up SMS and they will get back to you as soon as they can.
