Neill founded NRJ Services in the late 1970's and the business was incorporated in 1980 with Neill as director and wife Sandie joining as director not long after. Neill has had a background in business management for over 30 years including Manufacturing, Wholesaling, Property Portfolio Management, Sales Management and company management. Having grown up in Ryde and living locally all his life he has acquired invaluable local knowledge.
Neill has been at the forefront of technology advancements and leading edge marketing initiatives in the company and together with our dedicated and experienced team have helped to develop Award Group Real Estate into one of the Northern Districts' leading Real Estate Agencies.

Vicki grew up in the Hunter Valley and later moved to Sydney and embraced the city lifestyle.

Michelle Avery Office Manager

Michelle is the face of Award Group Real Estate as our Office Manager.

Michelle is an important part of our friendly and successful team as she assists in the smooth running of our busy office. Some duties include: administration, marketing, advertising, assisting our Sales and Property Management team and Personal Assistant to the Principal Neill Johnson. She is very efficient in all areas of her work.

Michelle has a friendly and appealing personality. She enjoys meeting new people and will always greet you in a kind, friendly manner and assist you to the best of her ability.

Danielle Higgins Property Officer

Enthusiastic and energetic, Danielle enjoys a reputation as a fast learner; she is currently pursuing her goal to work in Property Management.
With a number of years experience in Retail Personnel Management she enjoys the challenges of Personnel Management and is ideally suited to the Real Estate Industry.
